1 General Terms

3 Account Registration and KYC

KYC Identity Verification

Deposits are credited to your 866 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 866 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. General rules that apply across all sections of the platform are as follows:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso (PHP) to an account held in your name.

• You must complete KYC before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• Processing times vary depending on the payment channel selected
• 866 may request additional verification before releasing a withdrawal if the amount is above a standard threshold or if the account shows unusual activity

If a withdrawal request is placed and your account is subsequently found to be in breach of these Terms, the withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation. 866 will communicate the reason for any delay to your registered contact.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

• Chargebacks initiated on deposits without valid grounds

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 866 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach – for example, at the player's own request – any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account in PHP after outstanding bets are settled.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support. Accounts cannot be deleted while there are unsettled bets or a pending withdrawal.

10 Changes to These Terms

866 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, we may notify registered players via their registered email address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
